We ship our pies frozen, with ice, via UPS Next Day Air Saver to maintain the quality. PLEASE NOTE: Frozen food items are only shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.

Our pies are handmade in small batches using quality cuts of meat, fresh vegetables, and herbs. Each pie is handled with care to produce a perfect combination of flaky pastry and flavorful fillings. We ship each of these pies frozen, with ice and insulation via UPS Next Day Air.
For best results, thaw pie completely in the refrigerator before cooking. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Cook until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit. (Cook times are guidelines only as all ovens vary.) From thawed: 15-20 mins. From frozen: 35-40 mins.
